Option 1: Print as PDF File
1. Open the Google Docs file.
2. Click on the “File” menu and select “Print.”
3. Under the “Destination” section, select “Save as PDF.”
4. Click the “Save” button.
Option 2: Convert using another tool
1. Click on the “File” menu and select “Download.”
2. Select “Microsoft Word (.docx)” from the dropdown menu.
3. Open the file in Microsoft Word.
4. Click on the “Export” menu and select “PDF.”
