The course is a critical examination of current developments in andragogy and pedagogy. The course has two broad themes: 1) critical analysis of the differences between pedagogy and andragogy and how it may inform one’s personal theory of instruction, 2) review of current issues and trends pedagogy and andragogy, with emphasis on how instruction is impacted by social and contextual developments like globalization and progress in ICT.
