The course integrates knowledge and skills on the various educational leadership roles that focus on understanding, improving and advocating development, growth, and education of families and children with the integration of policies and standards, community actions, and educational support. Likewise, the course will focus on the best practices, quality programming, and program evaluation with emphasis on evaluative procedures and evaluation materials and the need for evaluation skills. At the end of the course, students are expected to critically assess, design, and evaluate effective services.
