BECE 3-III-16

The course covers principles, theories, and practices on the integration of technology in education. Through lecture demonstration, research, and individual and group activities, the pre-service teachers will be provided with opportunities to utilize appropriate traditional, emerging, and innovative technologies in learning lessons, teaching-learning experiences, and assessment tasks with social, ethical, and legal responsibility. In the end, the pre-service teachers will design, use and evaluate technology-enhanced lessons and instructional materials.

Understanding of typical and atypical development of young children and addressing special needs in early childhood settings. Developing an appreciation and agency for the potency of the young learner’s self-concept in determining success amidst challenges is given importance.
