This course develops students’ technology skills required for troubleshooting computer hardware problems. Students will learn software and hardware troubleshooting techniques to identify and correct computer problems. This course empowers pre-service teachers to become adept at integrating technology into their instructional practice. It will delve into both established and emerging advancements, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT), exploring their potential to enhance student learning outcomes. Through a variety of engaging, learner-centered activities, the pre-service teachers will strengthen their Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) by leveraging traditional and emerging technologies in subject-specific applications, designing human-centered learning experiences by creating adaptable and innovative solutions and promoting positive and responsible technology use to address educational concerns in diverse learning contexts. By the end, they will be prepared to design, develop, implement and assess technology-integrated lessons and instructional materials, ensuring they thrive in today's dynamic educational landscape.
