
HUMAN ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY - BSESCI-TP 2-II-22 BSESCI TP-S-BIO02 (M/TH 01:00PM-05:00PM/01:00PM-05:00PM)
This is a 4-unit lecture and laboratory course that will explore the structure and function of the human body. This includes discussions on the principles of human anatomy and physiology, as well as the interrelationships between systems. Furthermore, it will examine and evaluate how common diseases affect the overall wellness of the human body. The laboratory component includes dissection, physiologic exercises, multimedia presentations, simulations, and peer learning. Engagement in these activities is mandatory to utilize various strategies in improving competence in the discipline by acquiring scientific information through experiential learning. Evidence of learning may be manifested through completed laboratory worksheets and performances, projects and presentations, and achievement exams
